RUF 2025: Introduce talents now, get instant rewards!

Towards the goal of growing high-quality resources for FSOFT’s key projects, RUF officially promulgates the candidate referral policy in 2025, continues to implement the reward program for successful referrals of senior candidates with income packages of P6 and above, special skills candidates (C++, Embedded, SAP, Japanese IT) and foreign applicants with an income package of P4 or higher. Notably, RUF 2025 launches 2 new programs, including the Japanese Candidate Referral Bonus (BPS) and the CoE/CoG Referral Bonus for managers.

Accordingly, the RUF candidate referral program promulgates a new policy effective from March 10, 2025 with specific reward levels.

For the RUF program:

For candidates with difficult and rare skills approved by the Head of the Resource Assurance Board (including C++, Embedded, SAPT, ATEST and Japanese IT positions from the first quarter of 2025), FSOFTers will enjoy a bonus of VND 6,000,000 when referring candidates with P4 income packages; and a bonus of VND 12,000,000 for candidates with a P5 income package.

For technical team positions, FSOFTer enjoys a bonus of VND 16,000,000 for candidates with P6 and P7 income packages and a bonus of VND 30,000,000 for candidates with P8 income packages.
For the GLOBIZEN program:

For technical team positions, FSOFTers enjoy bonuses of 12 million, 20 million and 30 million VND, respectively, provided that candidates have income packages of P4, P5 and P6 or higher.

For the CV – SOURCING program:

Applicable to the group of candidates possessing rare skills approved by the Head of the Resource Assurance Department, FSOFTer will receive a reward of 300,000 VND when referring candidates with a P4 income package and 500,000 VND for candidates with a P5 income package.

For technical team positions, FSOFTer immediately receives 800,000 VND when referring candidates with an income package of P6 or higher.

For Japanese BPO/BPS candidates, FSOFTer will receive 100,000 VND, 200,000 VND and 300,000 VND respectively on the condition that the candidate has an income package of P1 (JLPT N3 or higher), P2 (JLPT N2 or higher) and P3 (JLPT N2 or higher).

For the Japanese BPO/BPS candidate referral program

FSOFTers enjoy a bonus of 2 million, 3 million and 5 million VND, respectively, provided that the candidate has an income package of P1 (JLPT N3 or higher), P2 (JLPT N2 or higher) and P3 (JLPT N2 or higher).

Note, candidates must sign a labor contract (official/service contract) & have an income package, Japanese language proficiency corresponding to each bonus level

For the CoE/CoG referral program for managers

The RUF program is exclusively for managers who are officially appointed on the company’s human resources system (Peoplesoft) when introducing CoE/CoG candidates from other units, programs at FSOFT Vietnam & foreign branches.

Eligible CoE/CoG candidates are recruited by FWA, FSUL/Key program certified as CoE/CoG, approved by the CEO and meet at least 2/3 of the following criteria:

  • Over 15 years of experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in domain
  • Have worked at a top 20 company in the domain

Introducing and accompanying FWA in the recruitment process, managers will receive in-kind gifts worth up to VND 50 million, including:

  • Premium Tech: iPhone 16 Pro/Pro Max 1TB (~46,990,000 VND).
  • Exclusive Lifestyle: Tour or shopping voucher worth 50,000,000 VND.
  • In case the manager only introduces the candidate’s contact (does not accompany the recruitment), he will receive a bonus of 2 million VND.

Regulations on reward payment time

For the P4 up & BPO/BPS Japanese technical candidate referral program, the bonus is divided into 2 installments of the same monthly salary period as follows: the 1st installment receives 50% in the monthly salary period (N+1), the 2nd installment receives the remaining 50% in the monthly salary period (N+4). At the time of bonus payment, since the 1st batch, both RUFer and the candidate are signing a contract to work at FSOFT Vietnam. At the time of payment of the 2nd installment, the candidate signs an official contract.

For the CoE/CoG candidate referral program for managers, the one-time bonus in kind must not exceed VND 50 million/1 place in the monthly salary period (N+3).

For the CV sourcing program (SOURCING), the bonus is paid in 1 installment of 100% in the monthly salary period (N+1).

In which, N is the month the candidate signs the first work contract (probationary or official). At the time of bonus payment, since the 1st batch, both RUFer and the candidate are signing a contract to work at FSOFT Vietnam. At the time of payment of the 2nd round of bonuses, the candidate signs an official contract
