RUF spends VND 3 billion in bonuses in H1 of 2021
Summarizing the first 6 months of 2021, RUF received 3,154 CVs and achieved 90 per cent of KPIs for the whole year, continuing to maintain its performance as one of the key recruitment channels contributing up to 30 per cent of quality human resources for the company.
Including Junior candidates, RUF has 960 candidates onboard. Thanks to the companion of RUFer, nearly 200 million gold has been deposited based on candidate statuses such as valid CV (20 gold), candidate to interview (60 gold), candidate to sign a contract (120 gold) and other RUF minigame bonuses. More than VND 3 billion has “back to the pocket” of RUFers when there are candidates to introduce onboard.
In the first half of 2021, RUF has launched 32 recruitment campaigns across the country. The highlights are the “FSOFTer becomes RUFer” programs (March 16 – June 30) with 762 new RUFer participating, bringing back 1,617 valid CVs. “Tan Suu Great War” (Q2) launched at 8 units of FHM, FHN, FDN, GAM, GST, IVS, ICS and EBS, with each valid CV RUF loaded into the bonus fund of the unit VND 20,000 and spent VND 2 million for the individual who submitted the most CVs in the quarter. Summarizing the second quarter, RUF received 1,535 valid CVs and disbursed VND 46.7 million by cash to units and individuals participating in the program.

With the positive results that RUFer brings in the first half of 2021, RUF expects to receive the participation and active contribution of CVs of all FSOFTer in the last months of the year, as well as continue to disburse VND 5 billion. rewarded with 2 programs “RUF 2021” and “SOURCING” (create a source of CV).
The RUF 2021 program continues to maintain 04 bonus levels of VND 2-6-10-15 million for FSOFTers who successfully introduce candidates depending on the job rank levels specified in accordance with RUF policy. At the same time, the SOURCING program pays rewards to professional CV “hunters”. 4 bonus levels respectively VND 200,000-300,000-500,000-800,000 are paid 100% in the salary period after the month the candidate introduces a working contract.
In addition to the cash bonus for successfully referring candidates (candidates who sign a contract to work at FSOFT), RUF maintains a gold bonus through myFPT according to the candidate’s status on FHU for both 2 programs including RUF 2021 and SOURCING.
