STE Group makes a visit to survey FSOFT’s technology capacity and human resources
Recently, representatives of STE Group visited to learn more about the technology and human resources of FSOFT in general and ICS in particular.
Welcoming the delegation were FSOFT COO Tran Dang Hoa, FAP CEO Nguyen Tran Hung, and the Sales and DM team of FAP, ICS.
Working with FSOFT since April 2019 with the first 3 members, the project team with STE Group has quickly grown to 50 members after 3 years of cooperation. The revenue for 2009, 2020 and 2021 all reached approximately 1 million USD. In 2022, ICS and FAP aim to achieve more than 2 million USD in revenue from this client. Currently, ICS is collaborating with ST Electronic (sub-group of ST Engineering) in various fields. In the near future, ICS and FAP also plan to develop in some new fields on Cloud, DevOps, etc.
In the visit at the beginning of June, STE Group also conducted a survey and assessment of the establishment of ODC in Vietnam. This is the stepping stone to facilitate the visit by the CFO of STE Group to FSOFT in July.
During the client’s visit, FSOFT COO Tran Dang Hoa introduced the history of FSOFT development, infrastructure, culture and working environment. In particular, the COO shared about current outstanding technologies at FSOFT such as Blockchain, akaBot, and akaVerse. The introduction has helped the client have an overall understanding of FSOFT’s technology. Along with that, FAP CEO Nguyen Tran Hung also shared with the client about the relationship and cooperation between the two sides during the past 3 years.
The visit helped the client have hands-on experience to capture the technology potential and the personnel scale at FSOFT. That, thereby, reinforces trust as the foundation for upcoming cooperation plans. In particular, senior leaders from STE Group met and had friendly and open conversations with 50 offshore members who are currently working on their projects.
