Team Polaris from ICS won the golden ticket to the final of PM Contest 2022

Overcoming 62 opponents, the representative of ICS.LTS – team Polaris with excellent performance in the Face-off round, was one of only two teams from Hanoi to win tickets to the final of PM Contest 2022. .

With the  “Good to Great” slogan, three Polaris warriors Tran Thi Thu, Pham Thi Khuyen, Ho Anh Truong had an impressive presentation in front of the Jury on the  “Productivity & Large Scale” topic. Although the 3 members come from 3 different projects, with the spirit of One Team, eager to learn, and always looking forward, the team has reaped “sweet fruits” for their hard work and efforts. The team representative shared: “The experiences at the competition are valuable knowledge and memories. Polaris will continue to learn and improve herself to strive for the best possible results in this year’s competition.”

Besides the knowledge source from the guiding team, including Ms. Vuong Minh Huong, Mr. Bui Anh Dung and the review of LTS Director Bui Viet Dung, Polaris also focused on acting on the “FEAR – Face Everything and Rise” strategy to shine among 23 other opponents at the Hanoi site and received the right to advance to the Final match. “When the team first joined, the team also felt nervous because the number and quality of teams competing this year were too excellent. But with the help of coaches, Polaris has moved closer to the winning position, bringing the colors of the ICS shirt to spread in this year’s PM Contest,” said Pham Thi Khuyen.
