Tech Innovators #6: Bridge to bring AI research to real-world application

Surely FSOFTer is no stranger to AI technology. However, have you ever wondered about the difference between research on Artificial Intelligence from within the lab and its application in real-world problems?

In Tech Innovators #6, two guests of the program from the world’s leading AI Research Institute Mila (Canada) will share the “mysteries” inside the research labs and how to apply the results from the lab to the real problem that can affect all of humanity.

The two speakers of the program are Dr. Nguyen Xuan Phong – CAIO of FSOFT, Visiting Researcher in Mila and Master Frederic Laurin – Senior Director of Partnerships in Mila. Mr. Laurin completed his Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Montréal and his Master’s in Financial Management from HEC Montréal University.

The event promises to provide special information from FSOFT and the Research Institute considered “the heart of the world’s AI”.
