The RPA report from G2.com collects reviews from corporate customers who have experienced RPA products, and ranks suppliers based on user satisfaction and brand presence in the market.
In the RPA Spring 2022 report, akaBot excellently won 3 titles of Enterprise Leader, RPA Leader and Best Results according to 67 reviews from customers who have used the solution. akaBot leads the way with a Result Score of 8.4, with an impressive 74% adoption rate, surpassing the 32% average. This result is evaluated based on the ease of use, the quality of support services and the willingness of users to recommend the solution.
Previously, akaBot was honored in the global ranking report from Gartner Peer Insights 2021 with the “Strong Performer” ranking, becoming the first technology product in Vietnam to be listed in this prestigious ranking report.
