The first trainer at FSOFT Quy Nhon achieves Microsoft Certified Trainer certification
Recently, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tam (FSA TTD) successfully earned the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification — a prestigious recognition for Microsoft educators worldwide who have made positive contributions to training in Microsoft technologies.
Previously, Mr. Tam had taught two Microsoft certification courses, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), to FSOFTers across all three regions. Recognizing the need to continuously update his knowledge and offer more courses to FSOFTers, he decided to pursue and achieve the MCT certification.
To obtain the MCT certification, Mr. Tam passed the required certification exams set by Microsoft. Additionally, he completed a training course on teaching skills offered by one of Microsoft’s partners. As part of the final test for this training, he was required to record a 30-minute teaching video, ensuring it met strict criteria, including having students participate.

Special thanks to Mr. Prajith Nair, Deputy Director of FSA, for inspiring me to continually improve myself and contribute to the FSA Cloud training program,” Mr. Tam shared.
Looking ahead, Mr. Tam plans to pursue additional certifications in 2025. With his continuous learning, development, and dedication, he has become a strong source of inspiration for the entire FSA family, encouraging colleagues to confidently reach new heights. Currently, FSOFT has 9 Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT).
