What’s hot about FSOFT Process Day 2022?
With the theme “BE GREEN” and the “Value – Your – Innovation” slogan, FSOFT Process Day 2022 (March 16, 2022) is a combination of novelty and creativity to spread process quality values and increase project productivity. Many activities have been organized since March 1 to create a playground for FSOFT people in general and process staff in particular.
Opening the series of activities is “STCo: Symphony of Process Composition Contest” for FQC members with a total prize value of up to 10 million VND. The contest is where FQCers use their lyrics and voices to create a process symphony, which is to spread the love for processes, the job, and the hard-to-express emotions of process staff to all other brothers and sisters from the software house. The contest started on February 24 and will last until the end of March 11.
Next is the minigame to replace the “Happy Process Day” avatar frame for FSOFTers in all three regions of the country. By adding the frame to your profile picture on Facebook or Workplace with the hashtag #Processday2022 #BeGreen, FSOFTers can join to celebrate FSOFT Process Day 2022. Players will have the opportunity to receive many prizes with a total value of up to 5 million VND when participating in this activity.
In addition, the Process Day mini-game will be held on myFPT for FSOFTers with content about process day history and the latest information about Process FSOFT. By answering all questions correctly, FSOFTers will have a chance to win thousands of gold. On this occasion, the organizers also have many activities to show their gratitude to the employees who have stayed with the company and made consistent efforts in the profession.
In particular, for the first time, FQC cooperated with SEPG to organize the “LEAN IT” contest with the desire to spread the spirit of continuous improvement to all FSOFTers. The contest is open to all project members of the software house. All valuable ideas for improving the FSOFT process have the opportunity to receive attractive prizes with a total value of up to 30 million VND. Process Day started on March 16, 2002, in association with the success of the CMM-4 program after nearly a year of implementation. Since then, FSOFT has become the first company in Southeast Asia to achieve CMM-4 and entered the list of the world’s top 100 companies for Quality Management. That means FPT has earned the first-class passport to the world’s largest software market.
