Dedication Awards 2024: The Mark of Changes

“Passionate,” “Flexible,” and “Meticulous”… are just some of the feedback received from long-term employees about the fresh experience the FSOFT Dedication Awards 2024 has brought. There is joy, pride, and even a touch of emotion, but more importantly, the spirit of appreciating veteran employees has been widely felt and has touched the hearts of senior staff.

This year, Dedication Awards has been fully revamped—from the visual identity, trophies, and gifts, to the method of execution. Celebrating FSOFT’s 25th anniversary, Dedication Awards 2024 donned a new look with the primary colors of emerald green and black, accompanied by the tagline “Together into the Future,” symbolizing the enduring bond between the company and its employees.

Most of the feedback expressed particular fondness for the new design of the commemorative trophy. Comments like “Bold design” and “The commemorative cup’s design was updated, and recipients could vote before the final version was issued” praised the trophy design and the professionalism of the organizing committee.

This is also the first year that Dedication Awards allowed long-term employees in Vietnam to choose their gifts based on personal preferences and needs. This personalized experience received high-quality feedback.

For Ms. Vu Thi Xoan (FQC.GB.HCM), the Dedication Award made her feel that her 5-year journey with FSOFT had been entirely the right decision. She appreciated the program’s personalization, which allowed long-term employees to select their gifts and contribute to the trophy design. “I truly feel FSOFT’s care for its long-term employees through even the smallest ‘touchpoints,'” Ms. Xoan shared.

Mr. Nguyen Huynh Minh Dang (GHC.GHS) also appreciated the option to choose a GotIt voucher as a gift this year. “The best thing about this year’s gifts is the GotIt voucher. With this, I can comfortably spend on my interests and needs. It’s special because my 5-year milestone at FSOFT coincides with the year I got married, so I’ll be using GotIt to book flights for my honeymoon,” he shared. GotIt is a new addition to the gift selection, offering practical and meaningful experiences for employees marking 5 to 10 years at FSOFT.

The organizing committee also received concise feedback, such as “Diverse gifts, many options,” “Flexible gift structure,” and “Practical gift choices for each honoree.” “EGotIt vouchers are easy to use…” Additionally, the committee acknowledged a few suggestions about the in-office gift-receiving experience and will work closely to improve the distribution process for future events.

Feedback on the Dedication Awards 2024 isn’t only about the gifts—it’s also about the wonderful emotions felt during the recognition ceremony. Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang (FHM.FCT) shared that her joy doubled when her 10-year dedication award coincided with FSOFT Cần Thơ’s 10th anniversary. “It was an overwhelming feeling to have those who mentored me witness my 10-year milestone at FSOFT. Fond memories from the past resurfaced in such a touching atmosphere, making me truly emotional. Everything felt perfect” Ms. Trang expressed.

Mr. Dinh Hoang Phi (FHM.CMS), who received his 10-year award at the recognition ceremony in Ho Chi Minh City, stated, “There’s almost nothing to be unsatisfied with about Dedication Awards 2024. The program was grand and professional. The arrangements and recognition made me feel immense pride to be present at the ceremony.” He added that it would have been “even more perfect” if he could have had a loved one with him during the ceremony.

The organizing committee has successfully distributed awards to nearly 2,000 long-term employees in Vietnam and has held recognition ceremonies for Dedication Awards 2024 in both the South and Central regions. The next round of recognition for employees marking 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service is scheduled to be completed in September 2024 in Hanoi, with more ceremonies continuing through the end of the year at other branches.
