FSA Launches MOOC Race Q4.2025 Campaign for FSOFT HO Departments

To promote a culture of proactive learning and enhance internal digital capabilities, FPT Software Academy (FSA) officially launches the MOOC Race Q4.2025 campaign for all functional departments at FPT Software.

Taking place from October 16 to November 10, 2025, the program aims to achieve two key goals: building self-directed learning habits on leading online platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, DataCamp, Coursera, and Harvard Online, and reaching a 100% MOOC completion rate across all participating units.

With the message “Together, Break Through Limits”, MOOC Race is not just a learning competition, it’s a strategic step toward spreading a sustainable learning culture throughout the organization.

The campaign is open to all employees from 19 functional departments at FSOFT, including IT, IDO, FWA (excluding EC), SSC, LTI (excluding RDC), COOF, HRPR, FID, AF, BCC, DCE, SEPG, FCR, MCP, PRC, BCM, CFOO, STU, and CPD, who have signed official labor contracts before September 1, 2025.

Total prize value: 16,000 Gold, including:

  • Team Awards: Departments will compete to achieve 100% MOOC completion among their staff, with prizes ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 Gold, depending on department size.
  • Individual Awards: The Top 20 individuals with the highest learning hours (minimum 30 hours) will each receive 300 Gold.

FSA hopes this campaign will spark a strong wave of learning, helping build a workforce that is increasingly proactive, innovative, and ready to adapt to the ever-changing tech industry.
