FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha: ‘Da Nang will focus on the goal of reaching 10,000 employees by 2024’
At the S1/2021 Preliminary Meeting in Da Nang, Ms. Chu Ha reminded the Sales – Delivery – Operations units to visualize themselves as employees of a corporation of 10,000 people as FSOFT Da Nang is aiming to reach this goal by 2024.
On July 10, Ms. Chu Ha directly attended the preliminary meeting for S1 and S2 in Da Nang. The meeting was held online via Webex with the participation of leaders of delivery units and departments. In particular, the heads of departments directly reported on activities to the Chairwoman, instead of having the branch leaders making joint reports as in the previous preliminary meetings.
After more than 6 hours of listening to reports on the activities of delivery departments/units, Ms. Ha commended the units for their efforts in the context that Da Nang was also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, with F0 cases and an extended WFH period.
Emphasizing the spirit of “One team”, Ms. Ha hopes that FSOFT Da Nang will thrive in the coming time. In particular, the important tasks to reach this goal are planning development strategies, finding customer sources, and planning to develop resources to support other delivery units in Da Nang. These tasks are assigned to EBS Director Le Vinh Thanh and FDN Director Vu Tien Dat.
This is also the task that “Miss FSOFT 2019” himself accepted to take on. Mr. Dat said that FDN is the largest FSU in Da Nang. The unit is responsible for “pulling” the entire branch up so that each unit of the region is strong. One of the “advantages” of Da Nang compared to other regional units is its solidarity. “We are one – One team, and we need to really try and dedicate ourselves to every opportunity,” he said.
Based on the performance report for the first 6 months and the plan for the second half of the year, the Chairwoman of FSOFT emphasized the difficulties to find answers to problems, as well as giving suggestions and orientations for future activities. Ms. Ha specifically emphasized that: “Operating business units must put see themselves as employees of a corporation of 10,000 people because we will reach that goal by 2024”.

Summarizing the meeting, the Chairwoman gave FSOFTers Da Nang in general and BA units meaningful “keywords”. The keyword for FSOFTers is “LEARNING”, constantly learning to improve knowledge, develop yourself, and contribute to the company’s market and business expansion. “Units need to encourage students to study. They can spend 1-2 hours a day, not having to work, learning technology or foreign languages,” she said.
The keyword for FWA, FA, CTC units of FSOFT Da Nang is “PROACTIVE”. Proactive in resource planning, recruitment, and training. Programs need to have a proactive plan and budget from the beginning of the year, along with closely following the requirements from delivery units.
“COVERAGE” is the keyword for SSC and HR Da Nang given the nature of large-scale and complex work operations due to various locations – Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quy Nhon. The overarching governance requires flexibility to comply with the Group’s and FSOFT’s processes and regulations.
FID, FC2, and FC3 units have both made great efforts to complete and put the F-Complex 2 and the upcoming construction of F-Complex 3. The keywords of these units are “PROGRESS – QUALITY” to meet the basic requirements of construction.
“MODERN” is the keyword for IT and ISM. Ms. Chu Ha wants IT and ISM to review and boldly throw away outdated tools and technologies to invest in the most modern tools and technologies for FSOFTers in Da Nang. The Chairwoman also advised the members not to worry too much about the cost and everyone will have a meeting to find out the best way to achieve the stated goal.
Two units in charge of corporate culture and internal communication – FUN and BCM were given the keyword “CREATIVE” by the Chairwoman. Times change very quickly. In any situation, the mission of FUN and BCM is to connect the brothers and make everyone happy and united.
Finally, “SENSITIVE” is the keyword for AF in Da Nang. Ms. Chu Ha appreciates that AF is closely monitoring financial indicators and reporting when detecting any problems from the indicators. AF must promptly notify the unit heads and make everyone aware to act soon.
As planned, in the coming days, Ms. Ha will continue to hold a preliminary meeting of S1.2021 with each unit and department of FSOFT HO.
