myFPT “go live” with new feature, enabling FSOFTers to rapidly create thousands of service tickets each year
The myFPT app development team (iDO.iDX), in collaboration with SSC and DCE, has launched a new “Quick Request” feature to streamline workflows and improve the employee experience.
The new “Quick Request” function includes five key services: Temporary Card; Visitor Card; Letter/Parcel Delivery; Stationery; Union Benefits .
With this upgrade, FSOFTers can quickly submit requests via the app and head directly to the reception for service, reducing wait times and congestion, especially during peak hours for card borrowing. This also simplifies access to union benefits, allowing employees to attach documents and photos with ease. The enhanced features auto-fill user information based on service requirements, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

In 2023, there were over 40,000 requests for temporary and visitor cards, mail and parcel services, office supplies, and union benefits. This update is expected to ensure continuous service availability and a smoother registration process, significantly enhancing user experience.
Anh Duy Ton That (FHM.AKAT) praised the convenience of borrowing a temporary card via the app, which no longer requires logging into the Portal. He believes it will save time and boost process efficiency for employees and service teams alike.
FSOFTers can access “Quick Request” in the Functions (All Apps) section of the latest version of myFPT. The myFPT team continues to explore features closely aligned with internal needs, focusing on maximizing user satisfaction.
