PSI launchs the program “Productive FSOFTers”
The new program “Productive FSOFTers” will introduce and honor outstanding individuals and teams in promoting productivity within their departments and FSOFT as a whole. This aims to inspire all FSOFTers across departments, units, teams, and projects to enhance daily productivity.
At the Kick-off Meeting of the Productivity Management and Deployment Department (PSI), under BCC in 2024, CDO Vu Tien Dat emphasized: “Each department needs to appoint a dedicated focal point, closely coordinating with PSI to implement productivity programs, aiming towards the goal of reaching World-Class status”. Increasing productivity is no longer solely the responsibility of a single department but serves as a guiding principle for all activities of departments and projects in 2024.
Accordingly, PSI has held direct sharing sessions on productivity deployment plans with various FSUs and provided appropriate solutions tailored to the specific characteristics of each FSU. One of the crucial links in coordinating between parties can be seen as the selection of a key figure responsible for productivity deployment within the FSU, in collaboration with PSI. Additionally, FSUs and PSI have vigorously implemented motivational activities to enhance productivity spirit throughout FSOFT. Among these efforts, PSI has launched the program “Productive FSOFTers”.
The “Productive FSOFTers” program is one of the five programs under the “Productivity Movement 2024” developed by PSI. “Productive FSOFTers” – P-NISTA promises to deliver high spiritual value, spread, and inspire all FSOFTers,” said Mr. Nguyen Duc Phuong – BUL BCC.PSI.
