Honoring half of the world on International Women’s Day at FPT’s global markets
Joining the global celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, FPT organized various meaningful activities across its international markets to honor women’s invaluable contributions to work and life.
In France, FPT France (FFR) hosted a special wine appreciation workshop at its Paris office. This event allowed employees to explore the art of wine tasting, learning about the delicate balance between flavors and selection techniques. In addition, on the evening of March 6, the gentlemen of FFR organized a gift-giving activity for their female colleagues, extending their best wishes and appreciation for their vital contributions.

On the morning of March 6, at the Essen office in Germany, FPT EU members gathered for a special breakfast to celebrate International Women’s Day. The menu featured authentic Vietnamese flavors, including traditional dishes, fresh juices, and tropical fruits. The event became even more special with the presence of Ms. Chu Thị Thanh Hà, Chairwoman of FSOFT, as part of her business trip to Europe. The women of FPT EU had the opportunity to engage in a heartfelt conversation with Ms. Hà, listening to her insights on balancing family and career, maintaining health and beauty, and finding happiness. Particularly, her witty and insightful advice on “choosing the right husband” sparked great interest among single ladies. On this occasion, FPT EU’s male colleagues also showcased their culinary skills, introducing traditional Vietnamese cuisine to clients in Germany. Their efforts left a lasting impression, highlighting both FPT’s corporate culture and the rich heritage of Vietnamese gastronomy.

At FPT Japan (FJP), women across the country celebrated International Women’s Day with joy and engaging activities. FJP’s female employees participated in a special workshop on makeup techniques, helping them boost their confidence at the office and learn how to present their best selves in front of the camera. Meanwhile, in Hiroshima, some employees enjoyed a relaxing and rejuvenating day at La Beauté Spa, indulging in self-care treatments.
A special highlight of the celebration was the heartfelt gesture from FJP’s President, CEO, and male leaders, who presented flowers and gifts to the women of FJP, showing their deep appreciation and respect for “half of the world.”

In China, female employees at FPT China took part in a flower arrangement workshop—an activity designed to celebrate and empower women. More than just a class, this workshop allowed participants to explore the art of floral design, learning how to mix colors and select flowers for different occasions.
Alongside gifts from the company, the workshop’s creations became personalized presents, allowing women to gift themselves or share with important women in their lives, such as mothers, wives, colleagues, and friends.
